Meet Jaime, she works at the downtown Orlando office.

Jaime Lynn Bridges is licensed with the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker # SW 15126, specializing in addiction, EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) , and in adolescent and adult life issues through individual, group and family therapy.

With 17 years’ experience in social services she has spent much of her life helping and empowering individuals’ to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jaime strives to help each individual grow through establishing goals and empowering each individual to obtain these goals through positive reinforcements and cognitive behavior therapy.

Jaime is a graduate from The University of Central Florida specializing in social work and counseling practices. Jaime completed her practicum at the Addictions Receiving Facility in Orlando working with adolescents with addiction related issues through individual, group and family counseling.

Jaime is a progressive, interactive, caring therapist. Her therapeutic approach uses empowerment and self-worth techniques through positive feedback. Jaime challenges her clients to gain control of their lives through practical exercises. Jaime has a flexible schedule which allows her to work with her clients on a case by case basis.
