Congratulations on taking this first step towards a healthy and fulfilling life! I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families reclaim their lives and reach their goals through the process of solution focused counseling.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors openly and freely without the fear of being judged. I utilize a wide variety of interventions and theoretical orientations in my practice to best meet my clients' individual needs. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship using empathy, compassion and a non-judgmental approach.

I work with adolescents and adults, providing individual, couples and family counseling. My counseling services focus on anxiety and depression, self-esteem and identity issues, body image, grief and loss, life transitions, work and school related stress, career exploration, addiction, and relationship issues. I provide professional counseling, life coaching and consulting services.

I have extensive experience in the counseling profession and have worked with individuals of all ages in multiple treatment settings, including community counseling, therapeutic schools, day treatment, adolescent and adult residential facilities, psychiatric clinics and private practice. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and then obtained a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
