Meet Caitlyn - She works in the downtown Orlando office.
Caitlyn McKinzie is licensed with the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor # MH 15032 and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Caitlyn is a 2nd year Ph.D student who earned her Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy.
Caitlyn has had the privilege of working with adults and adolescents from many walks of life, including those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship and/or family distress, phase of life issues, social skills, codependency, self-esteem, body image concerns, bipolar disorders, and much more.
A message from Caitlyn: Alfred Adler once said "The hardest thing for human beings to do is to know themselves and changes themselves." As a counselor, I aim to help my clients not only learn more about who they are, but to also assist them in moving towards achieving the change and growth they want and deserve in their life. Many of us struggle with change and fear what it will bring. However, change is what brings about insight and growth. Our journey through life can be hectic and filled with seemingly unmanageable obstacles. Seek comfort in knowing that you do not have to walk through it alone.
