With over 27 years’ experience in the helping profession, she has dedicated her life to helping others maintain a healthy environment for themselves as well as their loved ones. Anita graduated from Nova Southeastern University, with a Master's of Science in Psychology, specializing in Mental Health. Anita completed her practicum internship at the Orange County Youth Shelter, in Orlando, Florida, working with adolescents in an individual, group and family counseling setting.
Using a cognitive therapy approach and incorporating interactive practices, Anita will formulate a treatment plan that helps you recognize change. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
